Between proximity and influence, the cultural policy of the Moselle Departmental Council affirms its desire to offer dynamic programming, accessible everywhere, to everyone. It emphasizes both creation and dissemination, while supporting the actors and structures that bring culture to life in Moselle. Each year, the Passionnément Moselle Departmental Sites invite you to live unique experiences, mixing history, nature and culture through temporary exhibitions, renewed museographies, friendly events to share with family or friends.
Our commitment goes even further: we promote Moselle creation and increase the opportunities for meetings –exhibitions, concerts, festivals – throughout Moselle. Support for cultural volunteering, the "Belles Rencontres Artistiques" and the sports film festival are all initiatives that create bridges between all those contributing to cultural dissemination.
This is how the Departmental Council supports more than 700 local actors – music schools, associations, professional and amateur artistic companies and preserves historical and natural heritage, by maintaining more than 54 km of archives and making available to each more than 100,000 works as part of public reading. So many actions that make our territory a true place of creation and sharing.
