Parking spaces are reserved for people with disabilities near reception areas and ticket offices, on each side of the border:
- Next to the Resource and Exhibition Center (Bliesbruck).
- Next to the Jean Schaub Museum (Reinheim).

- The reception agents are there to guide you and inform you about the accessibility of the site, the equipment made available to you and to distribute visit assistance documents.

Departmental Salt Museum

Reserved place near the museum.

- Loan of wheelchairs and folding chairs.
- Liftkar stair lift: adaptable to all manual and electric wheelchairs. Tracked stair lift with belt and headrest, operated by museum agents, all trained in this technology.
- Hearing disability: magnetic or portable hearing loop.
- Visual disability: room panels translated into Braille, digital tour on tablets allowing better accessibility for the visually impaired to understand museography by offering auditory sequences, specific signage (vigilance awareness strip, mini rubber ramp, nose non-slip step, round patterned contrast strip to affix to glass doors).
- Early childhood area: changing table, bottle warmer.
Specific services
Accompanied visits are offered on request and by reservation to offer a personalized welcome to visitors with mental and psychological disabilities. Visit coupled with a workshop around salt and taste for example.

Georges de La Tour Museum

- The pond dike has been redeveloped to allow people in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility to access it.
- The Maison des Oiseaux, located in the countryside 1 km from the entrance to the site, is entirely designed for people with disabilities, including wheelchair users since three observation posts are dedicated to them. Access to this observatory, however, requires the use of a suitable transport vehicle.
- Provision of three joëlettes and wheelchairs for access to the Maison des Oiseaux.
- PRM toilets accessible 24 hours a day in Parking P2.
